Base Ball Hitting Drills

Should I see a doctor after getting hit in the balls by a baseball?

I was playing baseball yesterday afternoon and got hit in the balls. (I was looking the other way at second base and batter drilled a hit right into my crotch). Anyway, I have a high pain tolerance and generally don’t find getting hit in the balls that bad so I didn’t fall down but just walked off the pain and in a few seconds everything seemed fine. I played the rest of game and showered. However, last night I noticed some swelling and today my balls are still swollen some. They hurt a little but nothing too bad. I am concerned about the swelling. It is not too bad, just a little. But should I see a doctor?

if you get hit hard with a ball anywere its gunna hurt and swell!!!! go see a doc. if lasts long tho

You failed to mention if you were wearing a jock or not!
At any rate, if there is some bad bruising and/or the pain stays the same or intensifies, yeah… you should see a doctor!
And if you weren’t wearing your jock, START WEARING IT!

You already asked this question and im giving you the same answer.

It doesnt matter if you have a "high pain tolerance", its your balls, it should hurt, and it could have a bad effect. GO SEE A DOCTOR
