Throwing drills?? outfielder needs a better arm?

Okay im a freshman in college. i just graduated and my arm is really weak and i really want to play college ball. I use to have a cannon but two elbow injuries have shot my arm up. Now i can barely long toss or throw the ball with zip. it sucks cuz sometimes i look at the way i play and i know im not the same guy i was before. im not the fastest of guys but ima hardworker and im trying to improve on that. but this arm thing is killing me. ppl say i have no shoot and are always trying to take the extra base. i mean my throws are accurate but i gotta hit the cut off man instead of throwing seeds straight through like i use too. i have this fear that the more i keep pushing my arm da more im risking myself of having another injury to this arm. cuz i try and throw hardd day in and day out to get it stronger. ive thought about trying to throw lefty. idk any arm strength drills don’t tell me to long toss cuz i already know dat i just cant throw the ball far with zip and i keep long tossing everyday im scared im going to blow my arm out

Sorry to hear that. Have you had any Dr. diagnosis? Doesn’t sound like it. Two elbow injuries, depending on what you did, may well have blown your elbow up. You need to get it looked at. Your fear that you may be doing further damage is justifiable.

I have one team for each starter and i only use five pokemon so more exp obtained and i think it’s enough to beat the elite four and pokemon champion AKA Gary…one more slot is my HM slave so don’t ask about that…If u can,comment all of it…I mean IT…here’s the team…Also this is based on Fire Red And Leaf Green game…

Anyway,thanks…Also,i hate legendary and I will not used it…It seems unfair to me….
oh yeah,one more thing…i don’t want pokemon that need to trade cuz i’m playing on vba in case u don’t know and no legendaries i said cuz i used them on each gen(gen 1 to 4) and all of them r sucks cuz the elite four beat my high level pokemon than theirs…SO,like I said,no legendaries…what i care right now is the moveset(PP,base power,accuracy,effect…) and i really don’t want to change these guys cuz they already r the best pokemon i can make for a team but the moveset…i need some advice on it…also, no egg breeding and trading pokemon…
anyway…don’t ever try to convince me on using legendaries cuz they sucks(for me only,I think)…if u suggest a new pokemon on my team…make sure it’s available on FR and LG…
and if u guys can,have a look on my item cuz the actual list i make doesn’t have items so comment the item too…

charmander : i’m a little bit not agree with two of same type of move except if it’s your powerhouse moves, so try to replace wing attack with blast burn maybe, and also try to add earthquake just in case you came accross rock and thunder type. dragon claw is unnecessary because it sucks with charizard. you have lapras didn’t you? it will deal the dragons perfectly with ice beam. but if it the reason you give charizard dragon claw was to fight kingdra, that’s not an entirely good idea, because of their type, i suggest to go with grass type pokemon.

persian : what is your reason putting it in???? to kill alakazam? it won’t reach him dude…. anyway, it’s good actually, but I would prefer to replace it. try with grass type such as victreebel with razor leaf, sludge bomb/toxic, and the other moves is up 2 u. for alakazam, the only one who has chance to kill him is your jolteon with bite. you know that jolteon have great speed. but since you don’t want to change it, then it’s fine to be that.

jolteon ; that moveset is good, but pin missile can also be an option. just decide it yourself. but remember, jolteon is meant to be one turn assasin, don’t try to make it multiple turn assasin by bothering doing double team.

marowak : hahaha, nice one on this poke, i love marowak. but bone club can be a subtitute for eathquake for more pp (if i’m not mistaken), it’s up 2 u.

lapras : i can say it’s almost perfect, just don’t really agree with waterfall though, but you don’t have a choice, do you?

bulba : perfect

snorlax : nice one

slowpoke : what are you going to do by giving it ice beam and flamethrower at the same time? you just need ice beam to deal with grass type dude. if steel type that you worry about, then go with snorlax (he know brick break right?).

aerodactyl : give up that wing attack. go with thunder or thunderbolt. in my experience, ice type that are also water type is the most common, so go with electric type.

ghastly : just for info, it will only evolve if you trade it. trash that night shade, go with shadow ball. plus ev train his sp. attack and speed. if you need to trade just use vbalink,

clefairy : i’m not sure bout it since i never used it and never have a thought about it (hehehe :D). sorry, i can’t give an advice bout this one.

doduo : how bout giving it tri-attack rather than secret power.

if you want to trade then get vbalink. you can import your save file so you can play it in vba link but you can’t revert the process. and i think that the newest version of vba support trading dude….
